By accepting this invoice, you (the client) acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms. All commissions must be paid in full upfront through PayPal using USD only. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. I guarantee that you WILL receive your drawing(s) and that I will talk with you during the entire process, sending you updates, WIPs and asking you if it suits your wishes. I can and will change the character(s) during the sketching process, but never during nor after the lineart process has been completed. I do not work with deadlines yet. Because of my disability (ADHD) planning is very difficult, and since I am preparing myself for college, looking for a home (as the institute is located in another city), getting the paperwork done and working on schedules with an educational psychologist while having to take medicine that makes me feel even more anxious, I do not want to worry about deadlines for now. I hold the rights to the completed commission and may use it as I see fit unless otherwise agreed upon. You (the client) are entitled to use and share the commission however you see fit, provided that:
- You DO NOT reproduce or use the commission commercially. - You DO NOT take credit for the creation of the commission.You are receiving digital goods and services and WILL NOT receive shipments of any kind.
Chargebacks filed for any reason before or after the commission’s completion are invalid, as acknowledged by the client in this agreement.
I reserve the right to deny/reject your commission request.
